About Me

Hi, I’m Maggie a NYC based Corporate Culture and Employee Engagement Consultant. Throughout my life, I have noticed a disconnect between people and their work environments. Even as a child, I wondered, "If so many of us spend most of our lives at work, why aren't we making those experiences more enjoyable?" This question has stayed with me, shaping my perspective and driving my passion.

The fear of becoming another disengaged employee in a sterile office environment kept me professionally stagnant for years. As I ventured into my career, I immersed myself in various organizational cultures — some empowering, others toxic, and many shades in between. These experiences made me realize that a better way is possible and necessary.
